How much protein does the average man need?
Proteins are incredibly important. If we don't get enough from the diet, our health and body suffers. However, there are vastly different opinions on how much protein we actually need. Most official nutrition organisations recommend: babies need about 10 grams a day, teenage boys need up to 52 grams a day, teenage girls need up to 46 grams a day and adult men need about 56 grams a day.
