How to walk faster
There are a few tricks for faster walking. Keep good posture with small forward lean from the waist, look in front of you on the horizon (not the ground) with your chin up. Use smaller and quicker steps rather than long ones. Swing your arms front to back to set the pace and your legs will follow. Tighten your abs and butt and push off with your toes. Always a good idea to have rhythmic music for keeping the pace.
